  I bought a Snowscooter Safari To Ostysten ride for the 02/16/2018, I paid NOK 3,690 through my tour agency. With the very low temperature in Svalbard I fell ill with asthma crisis. I am 61 years old, I was afraid to die during the 10 to 12 hour ride, because I do not know what it would be like to be rescued if it got worse. I went to the hospital where I was treated and received the statement that I was sick. Immediately I went to Disovery Svalbard's office, talked to the clerk and she informed me that Disovery Svalbard did not return the money paid under any circumstances. I contacted the company representatives several times and they reinforced that they did not return the money. All rules only favor the company.
